These terms apply to this website, the Mithrandir early-access waitlist, and the design-partner application program. By submitting either form you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't submit a form.
1. Early access
Mithrandir is in early development. Joining the waitlist registers your interest. Applying to the design-partner program helps us assess a possible collaboration. Neither action creates a contract, guarantees a meeting or product access, or promises any particular feature, timeline, or level of availability.
2. The website is provided “as is”
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Mithrandir is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
3. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit others' information without permission, or use it for anything unlawful.
4. Intellectual property
The Mithrandir name, brand, and the content on this site belong to Mithrandir. Nothing here transfers any of those rights to you.
5. Privacy
Our handling of the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
