Mithrandir + Webflow
Connecting Webflow gives every AI agent your company uses the pages and CMS items the company has published, in every language the site is written in. Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Cursor answer with the page itself. Published content reaches everyone at the company; drafts and archived items stay with the people who edit the site.
What it reads
What Mithrandir reads from Webflow
- Site pages and CMS items with their title, address and place in the site
- Each item's labels, language and last update
- Whether an item is published, a draft or archived
Access
The access rules that carry over
- A published page or CMS item reaches everyone at the company.
- A draft or archived item reaches the people who edit the site, nobody else.
- A localized site gives each language its own entry, so answers quote the right one.
Setup
Set up in three steps
- 1
Your web team shares a content export, or connects the site read-only.
- 2
Your pages and CMS items come in, and changes follow every hour from then on.
- 3
People ask from the agent they already use and get the page behind the answer.
Examples
What your agents can now answer
- “Which customer stories are live on the site right now?”
- “What does our German pricing page say about enterprise plans?”
- “Was the careers page updated after the new office opened?”
Questions
Webflow and Mithrandir, answered
- Does it read Designer settings or page access groups?
- No. Webflow does not expose them per item, so Mithrandir goes by published, draft and archived only, and keeps drafts and archived items with the web team.
- Does it handle more than one language?
- Yes. Each language of a localized site is read as its own page, so a question in German is answered from the German page.
- Can agents change the site?
- No. Webflow access is read-only.
